Mint and a Cuppa Tea

Tea break time.
Freshly picked peppermint leaves make a nice cup of tea. Okay, technically termed "tisane", but a lovely hot drink, whatever you want to call it.
Pictured here is a chocolate mint variety.Yes, there is such a delightful thing! Cool, refreshing peppermint taste with a subtle undercurrent of chocolate.

It is so easy to grow, but beware. All mints are invasive! It grows like a weed, so either plant by itself where you won't mind it spreading, or sink in the ground in its pot to help contain it. I find peppermint makes me more alert, too. Something I'm needing right now... haha.
Cheers, and have a great day! - Lynn
It aids in digestion, helps alleviate nausea and digestion, has anti-inflammatory properties, is wonderful for the skin, especially oily, acneic prone skin.
